Experience the profound life force energy of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique. During a Reiki session, Melissa serves as a conduit of Universal energy through the art and skill of the laying on of hands with therapeutic touch and/or non-touch techniques.

Crystal Singing Bowls produce soothing, resonant sounds. The vibrations Melissa harmonizes penetrate the body, aligning and balancing the energy center, chakras, promoting relaxation. The immersive nature of the sound experience enhances overall well-being facilitated through emotional release, processing, meditation, and mindfulness. Come raise your vibration with Melissa!

Caring Circle-Conversations with a Nurse Practitioner: Weekly, every Tuesday at 11:30 am, Group discussion about health & wellness topics.

Reiki Share: Monthly, Tuesday, November 18, 4:30 pm, Give & receive group healing reiki energy.

Book Club: Monthly, Thursday, November 20, 5:30-7 pm, Reading the book is always optional: come and engage in lively discussions!
