September is National Suicide Awareness & Prevention Month. At ECLIPSE Holistic Living, we invite you into sacred community for a Butterfly Release —a tender space to: honor those who have died by suicide, hold compassion for those who have experienced a non-fatal attempt, and surround with love those who are struggling with mental health. Together we will Reflect, Remember, Feel, and Share. Let the butterflies carry our prayers, our tears, and our hopes into the sky—reminders of transformation, resilience, and the sacred beauty of all life.

YOGA

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our classes offer a dynamic and creative sequence of poses (asanas) designed to engage the body, balance the mind, and awaken the spirit. Through purposeful alignment, fluid transitions, and meditation (dyana) you will embody, your divine wisdom - your highest self - your inner knowing.

Crystal Singing Sound Bowls

Crystal Singing Bowls also known as a sound bath or sound healing, is a form of vibrational frequency that uses crystal singing bowls to produce soothing, resonant sounds. The sound vibrations produced by the bowls penetrate the body, aligning and balancing the energy center, chakras, promoting relaxation. The immersive nature of the sound experience encourages enhanced overall well-being facilitated through emotional release, processing, meditation, a state of calm, and mindfulness. The harmonious tones can lower stress levels, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of peace and tranquility.

Sessions are conducted in group settings or privately allowing the sound to wash over you harmonizing your heart-mind-body-soul. Come raise your vibration!

Reiki

Experience the profound life force energy of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique. During a Reiki session, our certified practitioner serves as a conduit of Universal energy through the art and skill of the laying on of hands with therapeutic touch and/or non-touch techniques, clearing blockages and restoring balance to your physical, emotional, and spiritual being.

Holistic Life Coaching

As an Integrative Nurse Coach, Melissa curates a co-creative environment for whole-becoming. Providing guidance and a personalized, holistic living care plan to help you reach your goals, Melissa listens compassionately and meets you exactly where you are in this moment.

Join April Goff Brown in her 4-session series of workshops designed to bring you into greater alignment with your authentic self. Topics to be presented include: 1) Managing busyness, 2) Aligned decision-making, 3) Communication, and 4) Tuning into your internal rebel. $100 for the full series. If you wish to attend three or less, your fee is $30 per workshop. Save $20 by booking the full series.
